The following pictures are from Major Carl "Kayo" Wuertele, 1914-2000.  Kayo and his wife Helen were stationed at Hickam Field on December 7, 1941.  Kayo was the pilot of a B-17 Flying Fortress named for his wife and sister, Hel-En-Wings.  He flew over 100 missions before he was wounded over Rekata Bay in the Solomons on October 25, 1942.

There are some pictures that I do not have names of all the people so if you recognize any of these people please let me know.
