Friday night we had our dinner banquet at the hotel. Our guest speaker was Col. Carl M. Andrews, Wing Chaplain, 37th Training Wing at Lackland AFB. Another honored guest was Col. (Ret) Charles DeBellevue. During the Vietnam War, Col. DeBellevue became the first Air Force Weapon Systems Officer (WSO) to become a flying "Ace" and was the leading "Ace" in this conflict.
