The 2009 11th Bombardment Group (H) reunion was held in San Antonio, Texas, September 9-13. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk. Due to the weather, it rained a lot, some of our tours were changed. We did get to the Alamo and a very nice visit to Lackland AFB to watch the weekly graduation ceremony of the new Air Force personnel. We also had a boat ride on the river followed by a very good meal on an outdoor plaza over looking the river. During our visit to the National Museum of the Pacific and the Nimetz Museum in Fredericksburg we dedicated a plaque in honor of the 11th Bombardment Group (H). This was our 49th consecutive annual reunion.
